distritic 292 Posted June 9 Share Posted June 9 Looking for Asset Developers We are currently seeking talented individuals interested in assisting with developing assets for our server. This includes, but is not limited to: vehicles and liveries, custom clothing & hair, 3D modelling, multi-level objects (experience in ytd, ytf, ytyp, files etc.), item images & texture changes. We ask applicants to be familiar with Codewalker, OpenIV, 3dsMax, Photoshop and other programs used in the creation of server assets. If you are interested in this position, please join our Discord server and send me a DM with a portfolio of your work. Advertising Contest This contest will create something new for players to do over a certain period, giving a total of two weeks. We are asking our members to create an in-character clip (15-30 seconds long), with an advertisement about the server. The clips do not have to be filmed on the server, but must be in-character. The videos may be edited, as we will be looking for production value along with the narrative, editing and other aspects of the clip. Some ideas include: Highlighting different aspects of criminal life, LSSD, LSFD, etc, Implementations on the server and roleplay possibilities, Video showing progression of a storyline over time, An interview or monologue of your character's experiences. We ask individuals, or teams, to submit their videos here with a YouTube link. Everyone who submits a video gives us permission to share, with credit, and use the video as promotional material. Our judges will choose the top 3-5 videos which believe best represent the server, ultimately leaving the community to vote for their best video. What's the reward? In-game prizes, such as: choosing a custom (imported) car, unique to you, rare items, or otherwise extremely hard to acquire, a very large cash prize, roleplay plot or implementations which carry a great value (control of drugs, Gopaste words, etc.), any other prizes our judges can think of! The top three clips will receive the best prizes - starting now, submissions will end on the 30th of June. Thank you to @NecroBlood for the suggestion to run this!
